And middle grade favorite Raina Telgemeier (with Casey Gilley) won Best Short Story for “Funeral in Foam,” from the adult anthology You Died: An Anthology of the Afterlife. In kid lit-adjacent honors, Bob Bolling -likely best known in the children's literature world for his work on "Archie" comics, including the creation of the spin-off series Little Archie -was one of two recipients of the Bill Finger Award for Excellence in Comic Book Writing. Fury, and Nate Powell (Abrams ComicArts) was named Best Graphic Memoir.
